Barely functional but definitely not as described. Gate code was the 1st thing not working. Had to walk through the back yard that was poorly maintained, uncut grass(at least 30cm tall") with lots of bugs flying around. The room seemed nice & clean at 1st but then we noticed a lot of ants coming up through floor cracks - I used wet TP to plug & put luggage on top... The posting listed "on Site parking available" - We were told it was actually free street parking (if available on a very narrow & busy street next to train station) but for 20ero EXTRA per night, we could park inside. Had to do this 1 night but I refused to pay. During the 1st shower, the drain was blocked and it flooded the bathroom & into the bedroom - I called & got not response & Had to unblock the drain myself... Based on the previous damage to the wood - this is not a new problem. They advertise a shared kitchen - while technically true, definitely unusable with no utensils or appliances to actually cook. Only a microwave in a outdoor shed open to the elements and the bugs I mentioned before... They were installing tile & we had to walk a loose planks to even get into the "kitchen". Property is rite next to the train tracks & they start running around 5am... Suppose convenient for some.

Very comfortable throughout the place. Clean facilities and everything in good working order.
