Kind and helpful staff except for the person who was working during the night shift. The place is clean, but the bunk bed with a metal bar ladder is unsuitable for accessing the upper bunk for a person who is 1.85m tall, weighs 80kg, and is 50 years old - I fell on my back on the floor on the first night. The locker cabinet was broken but they fixed it when I asked. I will still recommend it because of the kindness of the girls who work there.
