This was the worst experience I have ever had reserving a stay on this or any other platform. The communication was nonexistent after my credit card was paid in full. 48 hours before my check in, I did not receive the information on which unit I would be occupying. Only an access code was provided and the address of the property. I arrived at the property on Thursday, June 18th to check in the property after 4p. No one was available in person or available to take my call via the number provided in reservation stay (305-204-7366). I called the number seven (7) times. Each time the number was busy. Once I realized no one was going to meet me or reach out to me. I decided I needed to find accommodations elsewhere. I was extremely wary about using this site, especially after you became a subsidiary of booking.com. I will never use you again or recommend you, which breaks my heart. I'm also contesting the credit card charge of $555.52 made on May 21, 2026.
