Rumah Kita Ecolodge operates with self check-in and self check-out. There is no reception desk, in-person welcome or luggage assistance on arrival. Check-in is available strictly between 3:00 PM and 11:30 PM. Rooms cannot be accessed before 3:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. All times refer to local Bali time. Before arrival, guests will receive directions to the property and instructions for accessing their assigned room, primarily via WhatsApp. Guests who cannot use WhatsApp are asked to notify the property through Booking.com messaging. A copy of each guest’s passport or valid identification document is requested before arrival, following the instructions provided after booking. For assistance, guests can contact the property representative using the contact details provided in the arrival instructions.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
