The space was a nice balance of both friendly energy in the common areas but also peace and quiet when it was time to rest and decompose in the room. Oscar was very attentive during my stay. He offered a lot of very helpful tips and recommendations on things to do and places to visit during my stay. Oscar was very friendly and inviting. Without a doubt would recommend others to stay here."

U need a taxi (8€) to go playa des ingles or Maspalomas but they offer free bikes too. There is a bus too that goes fast. Nice breakfast and very helpful and friendly hosts."

The apartment has everything you need for a vacation on the island, and I was particularly pleased with the hygienic shower—which is especially important given the nature of this kind of vacation and the number of top-cruising clubs nearby. Wim is a professional host. He was always available, gave clear and easy-to-follow instructions, and I had no trouble checking in late in the evening or checking out a little later due to my flight leaving well after noon. I will definitely book this apartment again in the future."

Chris·5·Feb. 2026· "What a fantastic find - 2 great & generous guys who anticipated what we might need and were right there to offer it. They have a very comfortable and amazingly spacious house; just out of the main drag area, but with local buses to the beach. We slept in their Africa room which displayed some interesting artefacts, was perfect for our short stay and had a very comfortable bed.
Breakfast was good and there is a patisserie just across the road as well as a number of local eateries for later!"

The room and bathroom were in very good condition, clean and furnished with everything you need for a stay. The house has nice common areas and a very nice garden for the opportunity to sunbathe or just socialize with the other guests. The house is located about 8 minutes by car from Jumbo, as well as a 4 minute walk to a nice local shopping center and a 2 minute walk to shops and a small main street. can recommend and will be happy to return on a later occasion."

The apartment was spotless and beautifully designed and appointed with everything done with a real eye for detail and comfort. Communication with Roland was first rate as was the welcome. The gardens like the rest of the property are beautifully and thoughtfully designed. It was a real oasis of calm and relaxation which is exactly what I was looking for. I look forward to returning soon."

First of all, the owners, Román and Marcial, are exceptional hosts: very kind, always available – before, during and after your stay – and concerned with making your experience unforgettable.
Secondly, the house is wonderful: very spacious, tastefully decorated, with a beautiful pool in a very large garden, and plenty of sunshine, plus a very practical sports area, as well as an equally well-decorated Arab lounge, where you can relax or work on your computer, since the internet connection is of very high quality... Working remotely here is not only possible but also highly recommended!
Thirdly, my room was not only beautifully decorated with Arab details, but also very spacious and well-equipped, with a very pleasant private bathroom.
Everything was impeccably clean and tidy at all times.
Lastly, breakfast was complete and you can serve yourself whenever it suits you throughout the morning.
Without a doubt I will return as soon as possible and it was a truly fantastic experience, especially because of the place and, even more so, because of the charming and kind hosts: Román and Marcial. Thank you so much for this phenomenal experience!"
