The apartment itself is perfect, the location couldn't be in a better place, but above all, I want to highlight the kindness, hospitality, and the hosts' willingness to help at all times. Without a doubt, I recommend this apartment, and if I return to Maspalomas, I won't hesitate to stay here again. David's apartment is very pleasant. It has all the necessary comfort and is very clean. Moreover, the apartment is very well located with respect to shops, the beach, Yumbo Centre... David is an excellent host and is friendly. He is accommodating and finds solutions to all matters.

I had stayed with David 3 years ago accompanied by a friend, but when I decided to take a short break this time I decided to travel alone, and as before I was very pleased to have been able to secure the dates I wanted. David is a very welcoming host, and I was made to feel at home straight away. I have no hesitation in recommending his apartment, and it is in easy reach of supermarkets, restaurants, and of course the Yumbo Centre which is just 10 minutes walk away.

The apartment is very clean and very well located. You can easily walk to Yumbo Center. David is a very responsive host in communication, he came to wait for me at the foot of the building because it is a bit set back and the numbers can be confusing. A big thank you to David for washing my laundry, which really helped me out since I was traveling light. I slept very well, David and his friend are very respectful, you can't hear them when they are present. I recommend David and it would be a pleasure to return.

Thank David and Elvis for having me in their flat, they are very friendly and his husband was cute. Both of them were busy working, and not in their flat most time. I am surprise to met up David at his workplace again. Definitely recommend to stay again next time

Only met the host David briefly as he was busy, but was made to feel very welcome, apartment is extremely clean, and only a few minutes walk from bars, restaurants, entertainment, would definitely book with David again

I truly enjoyed my stay at David's apartment in Maspalomas. The private room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. David and his partner were warm, kind, and respectful, creating a welcoming and easygoing environment. The location is very central, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, it was a great experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here.

Clean and good location with your basic needs met. One of the guys was very sweet and easy to talk to, but even though I speak Spanish, the other one seemed to ignore me, which was pretty awkward and made me feel unwelcome considering the context. Also the building number is different than ******** on the profile, I believe, which made check-in a bit confusing after a long travel. I'd also recommend ear-plugs, but noise wasn't too bad.

I had a wonderful stay at David's super clean, comfortable, and well equipped private room in his apartment in Maspalomas. David, his partner, and their adorable dog were all incredibly welcoming and respectful. The atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant throughout my stay. Overall, a really positive experience.
