They have tonnes of local knowledge and gave us plenty of tips for the area. Their sprawling property is centrally located to explore Johannesburg and was clean and well-equipped, with great communal areas to relax too. Was lovely to get to know them better and we'll definitely be back to visit again."

Craig·5·May. 2023· "A walled garden oasis in Johannesburg. For those looking for a tranquil, private venue with a chilled quirky/artsy vibe, I highly recommend this property. I arrived in the middle of an afternoon rainstorm, but host Paul braved the weather to welcome me at the gate and get me sorted. My villa was spotless, the bed comfy. Great open plan shower, with a stoep that walks onto a pristine pool with lots of room to catch sunshine. Abundance of light and colour. The large treed garden has all sorts of nooks and sculpture to explore. Would make a great weekend getaway for a bunch of friends. I walked around the neighbourhood and felt safe. Ubers for nighttime are easy to get though. Just a 2 minute Uber ride from Rosebank Gautrain station. There is a Woolworths Food just five minutes walk away and a variety of restaurants, wine bars and cafes, with excellent baristas, in the area. I will definitely look up this venue the next time I'm in Joburg. Thanks Paul and team."
