You can feel his genuine desire to bring the advertised "colocation" experience to life, perhaps even a bit more literally than expected; expect a very present host throughout your stay. Pleasant stay, but it's better to be in good shape and available for group living!"

I had the pleasure of staying at Romulo's home, and it was a wonderful experience. The home was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully organized, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Romulo went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, providing clear communication, helpful recommendations, and even took me out for a traditional Brazilian dinner.
The location was perfect—quiet yet conveniently located in a safe Sao Paulo neighborhood. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable trip."

A very large space so you can easily lose yourself if you don't want to mix & mingle with the other characters there. The grounds are great for a wander around to."

Location almost next to T.station with trains every couple of minutes less than 10 minutes to citycenter. Enormous supermarket near T station and good Georgian restaurant within 5 minutes walking distance. Highly recommended."
