The Barracks is a very large 2 story ex-army barracks on 20+ acres of bushy land inside Seymour township, 100km from Melbourne along the Hume Freeway.
Although only 1.6 km walk into the center of town and Seymour train station & shops, it’s very private and effectively secluded from neighbors enabling clothing optional in some areas; the host is a habitual nudist when situation appropriate and other residents live here communally.
It’s off-grid with solar power and pet friendly. (Cats & dogs inside)
Anyone allergic to cats or dust should definitely not visit as this place is too big to keep clean for anyone with sensitivities!
All meals are included with high quality whole-food &/or organic ingredients. (Gluten free & dietary allergies catered for)
Guest rooms have king-size beds with quality linen & electric blankets.
Free WiFi & multiple TV streaming services.
The Barracks is extremely informal, casual & best suited to nudists seeking an alternative lifestyle that’s very very chilled & laid back.
The host is a retired long haired hippy bear nudist that’s more inclined to attend a bush doof music festival than any opera/art gallery.
Since retiring from hospitality hosting events here in the past the host cannot now maintain the place suitable for clean-freeks or anyone expecting good suburban hygiene, this is more akin a farm-stay with junk and clutter amongst lots of very interesting stuff, including a large collection of American cars.
Beware lots of dust, cobwebs and pet fur!
There is a dedicated sling-room if couples so desire.
Most of the property is returned to wild bush land with a creek as a green wedge and a small garden courtyard that’s very overgrown.
This place is not available to anyone not prepared to share clear face-pics and ample information about themselves.
In an attempts to select compatible “like mindedness” please share as much information as you would want to invite a stranger into your own home and your own dinner table?

It’s pet friendly with lots of cats inside and 2 big friendly dogs inside, 2 horses outside that can’t be ridden and a large mob of Kangaroos who frequent the land.
We have our own nightclub built-in so there is facilities for music away from disturbing the bedrooms.

Being off-grid, air-conditioning and laundry facilities are only usable during daytime on direct solar power, not at night-time while we’re on stored battery power.
LPG Gas heating is provided in bedrooms as well as reverse cycle air conditioning for cooling, but air-conditioning for cooling can only be used during daytime with direct solar power, with gas at night time for heating to preserve off-grid solar energy in batteries..
