Comfortable room in great Southbank location, close to everything.

Andy was a wonderful host during my stay. He was accommodating when my flight arrival was a bit earlier. His place is great and close to many tourist spots. At night we would discuss our days over a glass of wine and one evening we enjoyed a meal together. And got hooked on watching a Netflix show. Highly recommend for location and friendliness of host. Hoping to return next year.

Andy is a fantastic host and a fun person to hang out with. I stayed with him last year and am glad he was available again. His apartment is spotless but welcoming, the bed is comfy, and the location is great. Lot's of great places within walking distance. I highly recommend.

Andy was a great host - I was very late arriving as my flight was delayed at all points and I had to go straight to the game I had come down to watch. On arrival he was welcoming and had drinks at the ready. Very clean and comfy apartment. We chilled watching Netflix like others have commented on and then I retired to my very comfortable bed in my good sized room . Thanks for the hospitality and for making your place available.

I had an amazing stay at Andy's apartment. The location is perfect—close to South Melbourne Market and the NGV, and easy to walk to the CBD. If you want to explore further, there are various tram stops near the apartment. Andy is a thoughtful and hospitable host, making me feel like I was staying with a close friend. Evenings chatting and watching Netflix together were a highlight. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. I'd absolutely stay here again!

Staying at Andy's property is like having your best friend around during travel. He was very communicative to ensure that the checking process was smooth. It is a great location, within short walking distance of the Yarra River and Melbourne's city centre. Opposite the apartment was a supermarket; there were a few cafes if you needed your caffeine fix. The bedroom was huge and comfortable to sleep in. Andy is very approachable, so feel free to ask him, and he tries his best to address them.

Convenient location on the Southbank with a large grocery store across the street. Andy the host was helpful, communicated timely, made check in easy, overall a great host!
