There is A/C in the living area (not in the bedroom) and bathroom is shared with host. The building is very secure with concierge 7am-11pm daily, there is a gym, swimming pool and tennis court onsite and the supermarket and bottle shop are just across the road.

South wharf DFO and the botanical gardens and shrine of remembrance are just a short walk. The gay bars of south Yarra or Collingwood are equal distance in opposite directions but both just a short tram ride. Subway Sauna is just a 10 minute walk (600m).
