Room in beautifully interior designed apartment. Shared main bathroom, towels included.
3 Bedroom, 2 other young gay guys and the 3rd bedroom also listed on MisterBnB.
Unlimited high speed WiFi and just minutes walk from Crown Casino, Southbank Entertainment Precinct and the CBD. You will share with James 37, Graham 35 (Couple) and you will have access to the main bathroom with a bathtub.
The lounge room is shared and has a large 75" TV along with Foxtel, Stan, Prime, YouTube, Netflix and DTV channels.
Clothing optional within the apartment in common areas - underwear required on the balcony.

James and Graham were really welcoming ! Great appartment, clean and really well located. For the nudist part , honestly, if you're not confortable with that , that's absolutly ok : they are not always naked and even if they are they will make you feel confortable even if you are a nudist or not. I highly recommend this place.

Staying with James and Graham was a really wonderful experience. I myself am not a nudist, but they did nothing but make me absolutely comfortable for the week I stayed with them. James gave great advice for where to go to eat in the area as well as some few other things in the gay scene. The apartment is in an amazing location being not too far from the main train station and anything else down town. James keeps the apartment very clean.

I had to checkin & checkout at an unGodly hour, James&Graham were quick in their communication and gracious to accomodate. The apartment is huge&windy. The room was clean&comfortable. Can't praise the hosts enough for their friendliness and hospitality! Totally enjoyed the wine company. It was a fantastic stay at the best location. Hope to revisit & do dinner!

I was absolutely delighted the way the hosts welcomed me as their guest. From pre arrival communication and instructions to in house warmth and hospitality and receptive to every question of yours, makes me recommend this place to everyone. Staying at James was awesome he is a kind and helpful host and had great time staying with him.. would definitely stay again with him in future.. location is also good close to all the shops and restaurants, public transport is easily at 5mins walk ..

Me and my partner spend 3 nights at James and Graham and it was really nice. They have an amazing flat, 5 minute walk from the river and the free tram zone, a supermarket right next to the building door, gym and pool that you can use freely. James also let us use their kitchen and appliances. Amazing view from their Balcony over the CBD.
