Queen-sized bedroom, private bathroom + direct balcony access

Access is available to rooftop garden with 360 degree views including of the downtown area, coastline and docks. Up here there is also bbqs*, a well equipped gym, and sauna.

Free parking is usually available in basement parking lot. Additionally, street parking is also very available and for free. 3 min walk from additional unlimited, free, street parking.

Within the apartment you'll find your room (private space, 3.1m x 2.8m) and a comfy queen-sized bed with quality linens provided. The main bathroom for the apartment is also just for you and includes just about everything I can think of someone would need or might forget (like I do when traveling).

The guest room does not have independent air-conditioning but can be pre-cooled by the powerful a/c in the adjacent room. Direct balcony access also allows for ample airflow. A portable smart-heater is available.

Free and unlimited wi-fi is available (typical speeds 80-90Mbps / 20Mbps upload) .The details should be visible approaching your check-in date, additionally a QR code by your bed will get you ********. Space in wardrobe will be available exclusively to you (spare bedding is in another if you need it).

Please note that my work means I may not be present for large parts of your stay . If the social aspect of this platform are important, send me a message so I can let you know if I'll be about. I keep fairly busy so will often be out and about. I'm pretty relaxed, outgoing, up for a chat, but respect your privacy and space as well.

Clothing optional is available; I tend to let you set the tone depending on how comfortable you feel.

Located within easy walking distance (1 min) of North Melbourne Station (1 stop from Southern Cross Station / Skybus) and 4 min walk to the route 57 tram. The 401 bus (express shuttle to hospitals on Flemington Rd) is also 1 minute away. For the budget minded, a 5-10 minute walk gets you within the free tram zone.

If you're concerned about noise from all that convenient public transport, rest assured, double-glazed windows and modern design standards make this the quietest apartment I've ever been in.

Feel free to use the kitchen (gas stovetop, electric oven, microwave. I supply free basic breakfast supplies (cereals, milk (cow/oat), bread (etc.) for toast, as well as tea & coffee (instant, sorry). You can also access the common area: rooftop garden and bbq (Clothing optional applies only within the apartment and not common areas (yep, people often ask me this).

TV in the living room (shared space) has Netflix^, Stan^ (Australian equivalent) and YouTube Premium available as well as various apps, or Chromecast from your device. The guest room also has a Chromecast if you're watching TV in your room.

I have washing machine (and iron etc.) that you can use but no clothes dryer. A rack is available for air-drying or there is a laundromat 5 minutes walk away.
