The Reveal
Ideally suited to a single traveller, or couple, looking for an inviting and relaxing environment with total privacy or the opportunity to socialise with your hosts. Our cottage is in a quiet residential area within a few minutes walk to the bay beach and our closest, popular café. There is ample room to relax in our garden and your room has a private access door so you can come and go as you wish without disturbing others. The bedroom, bathroom and toilet are just for your use but within the main home. We welcome you to share the kitchen. dining and lounge areas with us. A continental breakfast is included and a fully cooked breakfast can be provided at an extra cost. We do have some exercise equipment and a massage table is available for use.

Peter and Ken are wonderful hosts. From the first point of contact, until arrival they were extremely friendly. The accommodation is extremely clean and they are both very proud people. They are wonderful people to talk and learn from. They gave some excellent information about the area and shared a meal with them and some excellent conversation. I will be back, thanks both for a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay and wish we could have stayed longer. The house was spotless and our room was clean and comfortable with private bathroom and entrance. Such a great location, Walking distance to the beach and an awesome cafe/bar. We enjoyed the local wineries and hot springs, and would highly recommend for a weekend getaway.

Peter & Ken were very interesting people with a lot of travel knowledge who went out of their way to make you comfortable making them excellent hosts. Their place is spotless in every way. The room itself allows for plenty of privacy with external access if required. A very comfortable bed with your own private shower & toilet. An assorted of clean towels, dressing gowns, hand & shower soaps are included in your stay. A beautiful garden & peaceful covered rear outside area with only a short walk to the beach & popular cafe only add to the appeal of this stay. I would highly recommend this place to others and looking forward to my own return.

Peter and Ken were absolutely wonderful hosts! Treated me like a family member. Checking in was easy and host communicated early on and kept in contact. Just 10 min walk from beach. Beautiful house, very clean room and facilities. Peter and Ken respected my private space yet we had spirited discussions over wine and great food. Would recommend to anyone who's looking to visit Rye for a holiday. Highly recommended and I will definitely stay again with Peter & Ken.

I was greeted by Peter and Ken like an old friend. They were very hospitable and terrific hosts. I felt very comfortable my entire stay. Their lovely home is clean and open with a comfy bed and terrific shower. It is in a terrific location with easy access to front and back beaches as well as the M11. The best place I've ever stayed on the peninsula. I'll be back!
