Enjoy a fully equipped private room, with wardrobe, comfy queen size bed and large window offering natural light and fresh air. You will have access to your own bathroom with shower, basin and wc. The open kitchen and living space are great for getting to know my guests, and you are welcome to make yourself right at home. Guests also have access to a washing machine and dryer if needed. Beach towels, esky and chairs also available. My apartment is very secure and located in Essendon, a lovely area of Melbourne, close to shops, cafes, restaurants and transport. Only15 minutes from Melbourne Airport. Glenbervie train station (on the Cragieburn line) is only 50 metres away making it easy for the 20 min trip into the CBD. 800m to tram and local shopping area including cafes and supermarkets.

I had a wonderful stay and couldn't have asked for a better host. Brendan was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. We shared some great times together during my stay. I truly felt at home and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!

It was amazing to stay with Brendan! I can strongly recommend to everybody coming to Melbourne and stay here. Brendan is a very friendly, generous and open guy. The apartment was beautiful, tidy and clean. Location is quiet although directly next to Metro-station what made it easy for us to leave our car there while going downtown by public transport. I'd like to give even more stars than five for this extraordinary host! 🟪🟦🟩🟨🟧🟥

Staying for 5 days at Brendan's place was nothing short of amazing. He made me feel welcome since the very first moment. Brendan is a very kind person with great communication, he was really helpful with check in and check out so I had no stress about it. We also shared some meals together and it was lovely. The place is brilliant, everything was perfectly clean and organised and the bed is large and comfortable. The train station next door makes it extremely easy to get to the city centre in just some minutes. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a nice and calm place to stay in Melbourne.
