Live like a Melburnian in this Victorian weatherboard home in trendy Brunswick. Your host is a classical musician and has a music room with a 110-year-old piano and a chamber organ. This home has a large, light-filled bathroom, a courtyard to take your morning coffee and a garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an induction stove. The study has a library with a wide variety of books. I speak enough French to get by, but by no means fluent. Francophones guests are very welcome.
Vivez comme un vrai melburnien dans cette classique maison victorienne située dans le cool quartier de Brunswick. Je suis musicien et la salle de musique est équipée avec un piano qui a 110 ans et un antique orgue de chambre. La maison a une grande salle de bain baignée en lumière et un cours et jardin où on peut prendre le petit déj. La cuisine et bien équipée. Le bureau a une variété de livres. Je parle français, pas couramment mais assez suffisant. Les francophones sont surtout bienvenus.

Brunswick is well served by public transport with three tram lines and one train line all going to the city at very regular intervals.

Visitors are permitted, but please check with the host first. I'm afraid no pets are permitted.

Lester's place in Brunswick was wonderful. Easy access to public transport gets you anywhere in the city. There are lots of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby as well. The home and room were very comfortable and clean. Lester was a great host and had lots of ideas about what to do and how to get around in Melbourne.

This place was perfect, a lovely home and great location near some good cafes and restaurants. Easy to get to tram into the city too. Lester was a lovely guy, very kind and up for a chat but also gave me my own space. I am a musician and was in town for a gig and he even came to my concert! Would absolutely stay here again.

Lester is a lovely guy as a host. During the two nights stay at his immaculate place, I felt like home. He is quick to respond and easy going. His home has a unique sense of Melbourne boutique style and the guest bed is really comfortable.

Lester is an amazing host! He warmly received me in his home and made me feel entirely welcome. The house is gorgeous, with a lovely outdoor space at the back and the bedroom beautifully decorated and quite comfortable. The house is located in a charming neighbourhood, within walking distance of an abundance of restaurants / stores and a short tram ride to the CBD. Would happily stay again!

He is a such a nice host, kind and responded quickly, gave me a lot of imformation about the city and the life there. The room was cozy and comfortable. I could sleep well every night. The house itself ia also comfortable, clean and has relaxed mood. It has nice access to tram and train stations to go to the city centre. It's a nice place to stay.

I would highly recommend a stay with Lester. His home is comfortable and his garden spaces inviting. Some wonderful eateries are located nearby and it is just a short step from two tram lines. Conversation with Lester was easy and enjoyable. The room I was in was spacious, clean and comfortable. Definitely a recommended accommodation

Lester was a great host, he was very welcoming and easy to talk to!! His house was in a very quiet street in Brunswick and close to all transport/ shops!! My bed was so comfy, clean and roomy.. I'd stay there again and recommend the B&B accommodation at Lester's house to anyone especially if there into music and a friendly host!! Thankyou again Lester for your awesome hospitality..
