Welcome to a calm, light-filled space in the heart of Melbourne—designed to feel easy, comfortable, and just a little bit special.

Your private room has a super comfortable queen bed, your own ensuite bathroom, and direct access to a balcony through floor-to-ceiling glass doors. It’s a really nice spot to get some fresh air, enjoy a coffee, or just slow down after a busy day. The double glazing keeps things quiet and peaceful, even though you’re right in the city.

You’re welcome to use the open kitchen and living area whenever you like—whether that’s cooking, relaxing, or just having a bit of downtime. The apartment is set up so that my room is on the opposite side, so you’ll have your own space and privacy throughout your stay.

The apartment is also a smart home, with lighting and a few features controlled by an iPad and motion sensors. It’s designed to make things feel smooth and effortless—but if that’s not your thing, no stress at all. Everything can be easily switched off so it feels just like a regular home.

You’ll also have access to the building’s facilities, including a pool, spa, gym, and sauna—perfect for unwinding or keeping up your routine. These are available daily from 6:00am to 10:00pm.

Feel free to use the washing machine and dryer during your stay, or if you prefer, there’s a clothes horse available for drying indoors or out on the balcony.

Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. You’re a 1-minute walk to Marvel Stadium, 5 minutes to Southern Cross Station, and right in the free tram zone. There’s also a tram stop about 30 seconds away, so getting around is incredibly easy.

Whether you’re here for a concert, work, or just a city stay, it’s a comfortable, private base to come back to.

Aaron was a fantastic host, he met us down stairs to let us in and was so helpful and considerate in every way for all the time we were staying. It was our first time in Australia using Mr Air B and B. and we will definitely be using this service more as we travel. It made our stay much more personal and stress free. Location only two free tram stops to Spencer and Collins street. Great walking spaces near by and we loved the heated pool with spa and sauna. Very relaxing. Thanks Aaron Alan and Herve.

Absolutely the best host bar none. Fantastic facilities, excellent conversation and very convenient location with cafes bottle shop and supermarket within a 1 minute walk. Would definitely would stay again - I learnt all about smart lighting as well from Aaron.

OMG, great place stone throw away from Marvel stadium 🏟. Trams are just down road free if you're getting them around the city, great atmosphere, and high-tech unit. Aaron was a great host who knew all the great locations.

Aaron has an amazing flat in the Docklands area. It is convenient to trams and the Southern Cross Station. Aaron is super helpful with providing insight on what to see in Melbourne. Our numerous late night conversations led to finding not just a great host, but a new friend as well.

The apartment was perfect for my stay. It very clean, well appointed, an amazing location for transport to everywhere, had a really comfortable bed and also a great balcony setting.
