House Rules:

Check-in: 2:00pm
Check-out: 10:00am

Please note a late checkout fee of $200 will be applied to your stay for guests that check out after 10:00am. This is to ensure the cleaners have sufficient time to prepare the property for the next guests staying.

Things to do when checking out:

All dishes and cutlery used must be washed and put away (you can simply run them through the dishwasher, dish tablets are provided, otherwise if left for cleaner additional charges may apply.

All rubbish must be placed in council bins provided at the front of the property on the side of the drive way, otherwise if left for cleaner additional fees may apply.

All lights, fans, heating & cooling, electrical appliances must be switched off.

All doors and windows must be locked and key returned to Key Safe when vacating property.

During Stay:
Front door and windows must be closed & locked whenever leaving property during stay.

Strictly!
> No parties or events to be held on premise.
> No pets
> No illicit drugs on property.
> No smoking or vaping inside the property.
> No additional people to visit property without prior host approval.

Property is inspected and cleaned every time after guests vacate property.

Any accidental breakage or damage to property including furniture and furnishings, the guest must notify the host. Additional charges may apply at the discretion of the host.

If raining, the backyard and laundry sliding doors and windows to be kept closed to avoid rain coming inside and damaging property.

No responsibility in personal items left behind on the property after vacating. Where personal items are left I will make every effort to have these items returned to you, however any costs to do so will be at the expense of the guest.

Keys must be returned to the Key Safe. Any keys misplaced (locked in the house requiring assistance to unlock property) will incur a $150 call out fee and/or $200 replacement fee if the key is lost.

For safety reasons the front entrance door, laundry door and sliding door to my backyard must be locked whenever a guest leaves the property during their stay and when vacating property. If the front, laundry and/or backyard doors remain unlocked whether intentionally or unintentionally as per the above a fee of $450 will be charged.

Any violation of house rules and or damage to the property will incur a fee of $450 that will be charged automatically to your stay by Misterbnb.
