House Rules:
You'll be staying at my property, so please kindly treat it with care and respect.
- Self check-in with key safe.
- 3 guests maximum
- No pets
- No parties or events
- No smoking, vaping and/or illicit drugs.
- Commercial photography allowed.
Additional Rules:
Things to do when checking out : All dishes and cutlery must be washed and put away otherwise if left for cleaner additional charges may apply.
All rubbish MUST be placed in council bins provided outside on property. (Bins located on garage side of fence) otherwise if left for cleaner additional fees may apply.
All lights, fans, heating & cooling, Electrical appliances must be switched off.
All doors and windows must be locked and key returned to Key Safe when vacating property .
During Stay:
Balcony door and windows must be closed & locked whenever leaving property during stay.
Strictly!
> No parties or events to be held on premise.
> No smoking, vaping or illicit drugs inside or on the balcony of property.
> No additional people to visit property without prior approval.
> No pets.
Property is inspected and cleaned every time after guests vacate property.
Any accidental breakage or damage to property including furniture and furnishings, guest must notify Host. Additional charges may apply at the discretion of the Host.
If raining sliding door and windows to be kept closed to avoid rain coming inside and damaging property.
No responsibility if personal items are left behind at the property after vacating. If personal items are left behind by guests I will make every effort to have these items returned, however any costs to do so will be at the expense of the guest.
Keys must be returned to the Key Safe. Any keys lost will incur a $250 fee.
For safety reasons the front entrance door and the security door must be locked whenever a guest leaves the property during their stay and when vacating property. If the front doors remain unlocked whether intentionally or unintentionally as per the above a fee of $500 will be charged.
