Beautiful house in inner city Melbourne - quiet tree lined street

This place was even better than I had hoped. It's a beautiful, spacious house with the right balance of stylish and cosy, and the comfiest bed I've stayed in for a long time. The host was excellent, ensuring I was fed and supplied with coffee and good conversation.

Melbournians have a well deserved reputation as consummate and welcoming hosts. Staying with Stefano confirmed that for me. He's a great cook, his knowledge of the local nightlife and food scenes is extensive, and the peaceful inner-city location of his beautiful home is a bonus when exploring this beautiful city. And for animal lovers his doggos Buddy and Lily are adorable.

From the moment that our booking at our Melbourne spot was confirmed, Stefano had been nothing but committed to ensuring that we were warmly welcomed and cared for. Greeted with warm hugs, happy dogs (Buddy and Lilly) and delicious cocktails, we knew that we had made the best decision. Stefano's home is your home. No doubt about it. After a crazy day out, Stefano's space offers a tranquil escape from the Melbourne-mayhem. Should you wish to continue the crazy, local eateries, bars and coffee shops abound. Plus, public transportation is a stone throw away. Stefano is more than a host. You can't get more local and more Melbourne than with Stefano! Whisking us to awesome spots, cooking up a welcome-meal and providing us with delicious drinks throughout our stay... we struck gold! Bravo from "The Boys". We'll be back 😉
