My villa unit is located in Brunswick East, a trendy neighbourhood located just 6km north of Melbourne's CBD. The private bedroom features a comfortable double bed, north-facing windows, and a small desk for work.

The private rear courtyard has a small firepit - great for evening drinks and relaxation. It's also a good spot for sunbathing when the sun's out.

Brunswick East has a great vibe and is known for its artistic vibe and progressive atmosphere. You'll find plenty of great bars, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. The nearby Merri Creeki is a great spot for walks or runs. Public transport is convenient, with a tram stop at the end of my driveway and the Anstey train station a short walk away.

The Fitzroy and Collingwood area (our local gaybourhood) is easily accessible by tram, Uber, or bicycle - feel free to use my spare bike during your stay.

I provide DIY breakfast basics (tea, coffee, milk, bread, spreads, museli, fruit, eggs) and am happy to cater to dietary requirements and milk preferences. I'm always up for a chat and can offer local tips, perhaps over a shared dinner and/or bottle of wine.

I've listed my place as "clothing optional" as I'm comfortable with nudity at home and enjoy nude beaches, parties, etc. But I always respect my guests' preferences regarding this.

Flexible check-in and check-out times are generally available - just let me know if you need special arrangements.

I had an excellent stay with Simon and if I lived in Australia would book his place again. He is super friendly and knowledgeable about Melbourne and had heaps of suggestions. HIs place is immaculately clean, boasts a fully private outdoor tub and shower I used daily and is nudist friendly which I enjoyed. The neighborhood is full of cool shops and eateries and there is a tram stop practically at his doorstep. Thanks, Simon!

perfect location, perfect transportation, perfect neighborhood for Brunswick East , you can get everything easily , merri creek is beautiful! If you have no idea , just follow Simon's suggestion information book! Of course , Simon is PERFECT! His kindness , warm, humor , energy, and help, you even can feel before your arrival and until you leave! I spent a splendid staying here for sure !

Simon's house was the perfect home base for my visit to Melbourne. The room is private, the bed is comfortable, and the house is clean, well-located and spacious. Simon is a wonderful host—warm, intelligent, and a great cook! His place is right on the tram line in East Brunswick, a charming and lively neighborhood full of cafés, bars, and restaurants. The apartment is comfortable and a perfect base to explore Melbourne. Getting to know Simon and some of his friends made the stay truly special. Highly recommend if you're looking for an authentic and memorable local experience.

Simon and Stelios are the best hosts. My stay was a pleasure from go-to-whoa with my requirements (such as they were) cheerfully met. Comfy bed in a cosy room with freedom of the house. The bonus was the outdoor bath and shower located to catch morning sun in a private courtyard (bliss). Tram at door, parks nearby. Great location. Thanks guys
