Modern and spacious penthouse with city views, interiors by Fiona Lynch as featured in Belle magazine, conveniently located in the heart of St Kilda, close Chapel Street with its bars, restaurants and many shops. 2 minutes walk from Chapel Street restaurants and bars. Trams and the Windsor train station (10mins to CBD)
Your large bedroom comes complete with; deluxe comfortable queen size bed and luxurious linen, a modern ensuite with shower, toilet and fluffy Sheridan towels.
We are a gay couple that have been together for 8 years, who share the apartment with 2 small well behaved dogs Oliver and Bruno! Currently overseas on an extended vacation your host will be our good and handsome friend Robert!
Free wireless internet throughout the house.
A selection of teas and coffee and cereal or muesli provided for breakfast.
Tram and train routes offer easy access to the city and rest of Melbourne. Airport shuttle bus stops and pick ups passengers very near by ********

Great location for public transport users, multiple trams nearby and close to a train station, easy to travel into the CBD area. Gracious and communicative host who is flexible to accommodate my weird check-in and out timings.

This place was absolutely amazing. The host was incredible — friendly, helpful, and always attentive. There were plenty of transport options nearby, and beach access was super easy. The room itself was pure style. Every piece of décor had great taste, and the interior design was honestly one of the best I've seen. The service was also exceptional. The host even offered complimentary snacks, which was a really thoughtful touch. The overall quality was far above expectations for its price. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience staying with Nik and Kaz. I felt welcome the moment I set foot in their tastefully designed home. The room is large and features a comfortable bed, tv, heating, and ensuite. The apartment itself is located on the doorstep of Prahran or a railway station if you need to quickly make your way into the CBD. Highly recommend this accommodation and plan to stay again.

Although we did not meet each other in person, Nik was very responsive and helpful. The place is in a great location. Near to Chapel street and public transport. A great place to stay.

Nik and Katz were the perfect hosts. They happily accepted my request and were on hand to welcome me, providing me with expert local knowledge and a fantastic stay in a modern well-located apartment. The en suite bathroom was perfect for a Mister B&B guest and fresh towels and a comfy bed were also on hand. Breakfast was great and I felt at home with the boys. Highly recommended.
