My suburb Bowden is a trendy newly developed ex industrial area on the northern edge of the CBD. The apartment is new, roomy and nicely fitted out with all the modern cons. Your bedroom consists of empty cupboard space for your own use and a very comfy queen bed. I also have a very large courtyard area with an beautiful garden and outside seating.

I live a 2 minute walk to Plant 4 Bowden which is a retail hub and houses 7-day in-house cafes and eateries, an IGA Supermarket), produce markets, organic traders, indie stores, bars and hosts regular events. The Hawker Street shopping and dining precinct passes through Bowden. Popular eateries which are all in walking distance include The Gov hotel, The Loose Caboose, Hawker Street Café, New Local Eatery, Nutrition Republic and Jarmer's Kitchen (by acclaimed Adelaide chef, Chris Jarmer). The city centre is one stop on the train line, or take the free tram service from the Entertainment centre to the city which takes approx 10 mins. If you stay on the same tram it will take you to the popular Glenelg beach.

We're so glad we booked with David for our weekend trip to Adelaide. He was the perfect host. His communication from our initial enquiry to our departure was outstanding. He was generous with his time and we enjoyed great conversations during our three day stay. He regularly checked if we were comfortable and if we needed anything. We even got to meet Teddy, David's Cavoodle. If you're in Adelaide, do yourself a favour and book with him! We look forward to the next time David! Thanks heaps!

David was an excellent host. He provided me with plenty of information during my stay. His place is immaculate and the location is great for easy access to the CBD. I highly recommend a stay with David, and should I return to Adelaide in the future will try to rebook a stay with him.

I had a wonderful stay at David's place, which was immaculate and immediately felt like home. David was very helpful with my late check in, and very easy to chat with during my stay. The place is conveniently located and I caught public transport everywhere. I would not hesitate to recommend David's place and will definitely stay again when I'm back!

A great experience. Communication with David was always excellent. His apartment is fabulous in a great part of Adelaide. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent. We managed some time for a few chats which was great but we were both busy. I can highly recommend David's apartment.

David was an amazing host, He was very keen to help and offer advices for travelling and was very respectful as well. The place is even better than the pictures super clean, beautiful vibes and location is gold.
