About the Place

My suburb Bowden is a trendy newly developed ex industrial area on the northern edge of the CBD. The apartment is new, roomy and nicely fitted out with all the modern cons. Your bedroom consists of empty cupboard space for your own use and a very comfy queen bed. I also have a very large courtyard area with an beautiful garden and outside seating.

I live a 2 minute walk to Plant 4 Bowden which is a retail hub and houses 7-day in-house cafes and eateries, an IGA Supermarket), produce markets, organic traders, indie stores, bars and hosts regular events.
The Hawker Street shopping and dining precinct passes through Bowden.
Popular eateries which are all in walking distance include The Gov hotel, The Loose Caboose, Hawker Street Café, New Local Eatery, Nutrition Republic and Jarmer's Kitchen (by acclaimed Adelaide chef, Chris Jarmer).
