Located only 15 minutes from Adelaide Airport, 7 km from the CBD, and less than 10 minutes to Henley and Grange beaches. There’s also a bus stop nearby with a direct ride into the city and beach, so getting around is easy. Amenities such as supermarkets, pharmacy, and coffee shop only a 5 minute walk from the house.
The guest room has a comfy queen-size bed, wardrobe, and a large sunny window that fills the space with natural light. You’ll have your own bathroom with a separate shower, bathtub, and double vanity.
The open-plan kitchen and living area is a great place to hang out, have a chat, or share a glass of wine. Laundry facilities with washing machine and dryer available for guest use.
Out the back, there’s a relaxing seating area to enjoy a coffee or a beer or glass of wine.
The house contains a small home gym and one-person sauna pod for guest use. Parking in the driveway is available to guests.
A 7kWh EV charger is available in the garage for occasional guest use when the garage is available and the host is not charging their vehicle. Charging is limited to 12:00am–6:00am to take advantage of special EV electricity rates.
