Panoramic view of Nice and the Baie des Anges A/C

I'm sharing my 2-room apartment located a stone's throw from the city center at the bottom of the Cimiez hill with a panoramic view of Nice, the old town, the castle hill, the sea and the Bay of Angels. The apartment is located in a former palace dating from the end of the 19th century, which has been converted into a residence. Beautiful period decor. You'll share the living room with its comfortable, brand-new sofa bed and thick mattress. The air-conditioning will enable us to cope with the heat. I can invite one person to join me for free at my gym, which is a 3-minute walk from the apartment.
