Quiet room with private shower in a beautiful artist's studio duplex on the 6th and 7th floors located on one of the most beautiful boulevards in Paris. Gay roommate. We are 2 in a large apartment and we put one of the rooms on MisterBnB. The bed is a single bed. Very comfortable mattress. The private shower is accessible directly from the room. High-performance wifi (fiber optics). Coffee and tea are available in the room. Just a few steps from the Pont Cardinet metro station ******** takes you to Le Marais in 15 minutes.

My stay with Christian and Renato was pleasant. I found the apartment very beautiful and I understand that it may have made an impression on previous travelers. The neighborhood is very quiet and residential, even though it's a bit far from the gay district of Le Marais. The room was as described. Communication with Christian was very good and I appreciated how quickly he responded. However, I regretted not seeing them more. I only met Renato for a few minutes but I hope to meet them again during a future stay.

I had a phenomenal experience staying at Christian's apartment in Paris! Christian was exceptional at communicating every detail about the apartment (in perfect English!) before my stay, and he checked in with me during my week in Paris. The apartment has everything you need, and the location is convenient for those wanting to explore Paris's city center or visit attractions outside of Paris, like Versailles. I recommend Christian's apartment to anyone, and I would happily stay with him again!

Perfect stay at Christian's place! He is very nice and sociable, as are his roommates. The room was excellent, just as described with a very comfortable bed. The accommodation is in an ideal location, with public transport nearby. I was in town for a concert, and by chance, Christian went there too, which added a nice touch to the experience. I highly recommend!
