Very well served, in a quiet street, by lines 13 (Champs-Élysées, Invalides, Gare Montparnasse...), 14 (Orly airport, Gare St Lazare, Châtelet, Gare de Lyon...) and 3 (Havre-Caumartin-grands magasins, Opéra, Marais), in addition to buses (place de la Madeleine...), streetcar and RER C (Champs de Mars (Tour Eiffel), Ile de la Cité, Pont de l'Alma, Notre-Dame, Musée d'Orsay, Gare d'Austerlitz), the Batignolles district is modern, lively, connected and pleasant to live in. The room, with its quiet, open courtyard, features a large, comfortable 160cm bed, a wardrobe, a private, silent mini-fridge, and a bay window opening onto a balcony with sunbathing area, table and chairs, ideal for socializing. Wi-Fi fiber connection, private shower room or shared bathroom with bathtub. Washing machine and dishwasher available. Welcome to Paris! (On some days, I may finish work late, between 8:30 and 9:30 pm, give or take an hour, so I prefer to welcome guests early in the morning, before 12:30 pm or in the evening.)
