Very nice appartement with private bedroom, shower and toilettes, kitchen and living room with view on the garden of Clichy headquarter, Montmartre and Eiffel Tower. Last 6th floor with elevator. Very nice area with shops and restaurant terraces around. Easy to reach Châtelet with metro line 14, 13 and train to saint Lazar, two night busses N15/51 to Châtelet.

Karim is very lovely and generous person! He treated me as like old friend! Chatting with him was fun! Also, I felt like being home at his place! His apartment is very nice and cosy! Location is also accessible to centre! Actually, I walked around without metro sometime though! Highly recommended! I would love to come back there! My staying in Paris was just perfect, thanks to him! Thank you very much, Karim!

The accommodation is located in a pleasant and well-connected neighborhood (metro line 13 practically at the foot of the building), the bed is very comfortable and the living space is sleek and bright, with aerial and unobstructed views. Karim is respectful, available and flexible regarding check-in/check-out times, which considerably allowed me to optimize my stay peacefully. With his ease of communication and kindness, I am convinced that he will welcome you warmly. Thank you!

Karim's apartment is perfect. I had zero issues getting to and from Clichy (his neighborhood) using the metro. The flat is on the top floor of a building with elevator and has spectacular views of both the Eiffel Tower and Sacré Cœur. As a host, Karim is also top notch. He gave excellent instructions prior to checking in and tips for my stay I will definitely stay here again when visiting Paris.
