I stayed for 4 nights in his apartment. Communication and everything was fine, the city center is easy reachable in 20 minutes by metro. I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Lovely apartment, really comfy sofa bed. Loic is a very good host, communication is excellent. Located close to metro stations and a nice walk into a lot of the sights. I would definitely recommend.

I had a lovely time staying at Loic's place during my long weekend in Paris. Its location made it very convenient for me to explore the city on foot though I'm sure the connectivity would've made using public transportation very simple as well. The neighborhood where the apartment is located was quiet and calm. The apartment was also clean and had a great ambiance. The host was very friendly, easy to communicate with and accommodating with check in time as due to taking a later train than I'd planned, I arrived at the apartment quite late. Overall, this apartment is a real gem, especially for the affordable price, and I'd gladly stay here again when I next visit Paris.

Very concerned the whole time for my arrival. He received me very attentively and worried about what things I would see in Paris. Very good communication despite being away almost every day. The place is very well located close to the metro. Very beautifully decorated
