Just a few steps from Place de la République, on the 5th floor (with elevator), recently renovated 70 m2 apartment with charming balcony offering delightful views. Bright, spacious and quiet. Sleeping accommodation is in the living room. A comfortable sofa bed in the living room is available to guests (unless it's not available, in which case I can share my room). Guests will have their own bathroom (with WC). A screen is available to create your own additional private space. You will have the exclusive use of a bathroom equipped with all the necessary comforts. Air-conditioning is available for the summer months, and heating is communal all year round. I can provide towels, shampoo and bed linen. Wi-Fi access and open kitchen. The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people.

If the sofa bed is not available, I can share my bedroom and double bed.

I've stayed at Alex's place several times now, and every visit has been a great experience. This time Paris was incredibly hot, and the air conditioning was an absolute lifesaver! Everything was excellent, just as always. I can wholeheartedly recommend Alex's apartment, it's always cozy and comfortable, whether you visit in winter or in summer.

Thanks to Alex, I had a great rest and visit in Paris. The location is super convenient to roam around and I found a great restaurant just nearby. The room is pleasant and the bed is comfortable. Plus, the AC is a life saver during the heating time there ;D. I'd would visit again for sure for the future trip. Thank you again Alex

Alex or the reputation of their previous positive reviews. Their apartment was ideally located and the description matched perfectly. Their sofa is very comfortable and I was able to sleep deeply and restfully. Alex wasn't there when I arrived, but the precise descriptions allowed me to enter without any problem. It will be a pleasure to return there on my next visit to Paris if possible.

Comfortable, clean accommodation and ideally located (close to République metro), Alex is a really nice host, very welcoming and very accommodating. I highly recommend this if you want a successful stay in the city of lights.
