Paris central, sofa bed in living room - 01

Just a few steps from Place de la République, on the 5th floor (with elevator), recently renovated 70 m2 apartment with charming balcony offering delightful views. Bright, spacious and quiet. Sleeping accommodation is in the living room. A comfortable sofa bed in the living room is available to guests (unless it's not available, in which case I can share my room). Guests will have their own bathroom (with WC). A folding screen is available to create your own additional private space. You will have the exclusive use of a bathroom equipped with all the necessary comforts. Air-conditioning is available for the summer months, and heating is communal all year round. I can provide towels, shampoo and bed linen. Wi-Fi access and open kitchen. The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people.

If the sofa bed is not available, I can share my bedroom and double bed.
