In a pretty neighborhood house (170 m2) with a private courtyard of 65m2 (south-facing), we rent a 15 m2 room with independent shower room, for two people. You can also sleep in the library/projection room where we have a good new sofa bed.
The kitchen is shared.
You can enjoy the tree-lined courtyard: sofa and deckchairs, table for meals, very pleasant when the weather is fine.
You can also use the projection room (4 m x 2 m screen) to watch films, series or news.

We are located at the gate of Montreuil on the metro line 9 which serves quickly: Nation (3 stations), Republic (9 stations), the main boulevards and the Opera (15 stations), the Champs-Élysées (20 stations), the Eiffel Tower by the Trocadéro (23 stations)!
There is a large Carrefour supermarket 50m from the house (with a large organic shelf) and some good restaurants a few minutes walk away:
L'amourette, La Table d'Emile, Les Jardins de Montreuil, the Lebanese caterer...
