Nice rooms in a nice neighborhood / East Paris

Thank you Antoine and Laurent for your welcome. Reality matches the photos and description perfectly. A haven of peace and tranquility on the outskirts of Paris with a metro line just 5-8 minutes away makes you want to take advantage of their accommodation offer. I slept wonderfully, quiet and spacious bedroom and you benefit from a lovely green outdoor space. House with beautiful volumes where you feel at home without any sense of cramped quarters! In short, it makes you want to upgrade from an apartment to a townhouse. I recommend it

Very pleasant stay in Paris! The room was impeccable with a particularly comfortable bed. The house is warm and I felt right at home immediately. The welcome was simply perfect: attentive, available and friendly. An address I recommend without hesitation! Once again, a big thank you!!!

We were very well welcomed by Laurent, the house is very pleasant with outdoor space and generous areas that are rare in the Paris region. We weren't there for long but Laurent was very attentive. We recommend it 100%!

Antoine and Laurent were so welcoming and accommodating, especially considering a mistake I made on my reservation. The communication was very helpful and included metro directions from the airport and many food recommendations. Their home was lovely, so charmingly decorated, with a peaceful backyard overrun with greenery. I had a wonderful time and am appreciative of their efforts in making their home available to guests. ^_^

It was a pleasant stay with these two gentlemen. Gave good tips for restaurants and so on. A nice place rather close to this mysteriously long and "starry" metro system. Close to a bakery for fresh bread and so on. I do recommend this stay.

Laurent and Antoine were truly perfect hosts and made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived. The house is even better in person than the pictures and our room was exactly what we needed. We really enjoyed spending time with them both and getting to know them better, and will definitely stay with them again next time we're in Paris. Thank you for having us!

Thank you for a lovely stay, Laurent! The place was clean and breakfast was included. Laurent helped me with my airport transfers and gave me lots of tips for great restaurants to visit while in Paris. I recommend him and would love to stay with him again.

Antoine and Laurent were very welcoming and made me feel at home. Mizu is very curious and playful. She has the most beautiful whiskers in the neighborhood!

The room and bathroom were clean, the room is so comfortable. Beautiful house with modern design, and a garden to have morning coffee, or breakfast. Thanks for the past week Laurent, it was such an amazing time for me in Paris.
