Independent Suite - Parisian Loft near Marais

J’ai passé un excellent séjour chez Jem ! L’appartement est extrêmement propre, parfaitement entretenu et aménagé avec beaucoup de soin. Il est très calme, confortable et bénéficie d’un super emplacement, à proximité des commerces. Jem est un hôte exceptionnel, très attentionné, à l’écoute et avec une excellente communication. Il est très arrangeant et a notamment accepté de me permettre un départ tardif. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié sa compréhension et sa flexibilité concernant le tarif, qui m’a permis de profiter du séjour malgré mon petit budget. L’accueil avec une pastèque fraîche était une très sympathique attention. J’ai aussi adoré la décoration aux inspirations cambodgiennes, les nombreuses plantes d’intérieur et toutes ces petites touches personnelles qui donnent vraiment l’impression que l’appartement respire la vie. On ne se sent pas dans un logement impersonnel, mais dans un véritable lieu de vie chaleureux. Jem m’a également conseillé de nombreuses adresses et sorties LGBT+, avec de très bons conseils pour profiter du quartier et de Paris. Le calme de l’appartement était idéal pour se reposer et se ressourcer. Je me suis vraiment senti comme à la maison. À noter également que Jem est masseur professionnel, ce qui peut être un vrai plus pour les personnes intéressées par cette activité. Merci encore à Jem pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et toutes ses attentions. Je recommande vivement cette adresse et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

This place is absolutely fantastic! Super convenient location, with lots of great restaurants and shops nearby, and very close to 2 Métro stops. It's clean, large and very comfortable. Jem is a sweetheart, and made us feel very welcome. Just an awesome place to stay while visiting Paris!

Reception and the apartment very good

I'm rewriting in case my previous review wasn't published. A wonderful, caring host who is interested in sharing his knowledge and secrets of Paris with us. Spaciuous, impeccable apartment in the 10th district, lively and full of amenities. Honestly an A1 stay that I warmly recommend

We really enjoyed the place and the lively neighborhood. The apartment was perfect for our needs and Jem and his boyfriend were very kind and helpful, with lots of information about Paris. I recommend this place without hesitation.

It was a wonderful apartment. I just wished I met Sakda (Jem), as when I booked the place he had already made planks to travel. But right from the start to even when I was at his apartment, Sakda was always checking in on me making sure I was ok, he constantly sent me info on places to eat, shop and party. That is very thoughtful of him. Through our conversations I could tell that he is such a fun guy. I hope to meet him if I ever visit him again

We had a wonderful stay at Jems apartment. Jem gave us very good description to find the location. He also gave us alot of recommendations for things to do in Paris. After check in he invited for a glass of champagne. We can highly recommend his place to stay in Paris.

I had a wonderful time in Jem's apartment. It was beautiful and very well equipped. The bed slept very well and it is at a quiet location. The apartment is located very convenient, close to a lot of sights to see and metro station. Jem was very welcoming and kind. The champagne with snacks were really appreciated!
