A charming, three-century-old duplex apartment on the 5th and 6th floors with an elevator. Recently renovated and featuring a sunny terrace, located in the heart of Paris!
A 5-minute walk from several gay attractions, such as nightclubs, bars, saunas, restaurants, and the vibrant Le Marais neighborhood (Paris’s gay district). You can also visit museums (the Louvre and Pompidou are within walking distance), parks, and the Catacombs. Disneyland is just a 30-minute ride away by direct train!
Small guest room with a double bed, TV, Wi-Fi, air-conditioned living room, and a private bathroom*. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are also available for your use during your stay. There’s a high-tech fitness center on the same street, and several other gyms are nearby.
*Every other week, my 10-year-old twins stay in the apartment (on a different floor to ensure your privacy).
