Bright apartment with beautiful view of Beaubourg on the 6th floor with elevator of a Haussmann building with bedroom for my guest with TV, Wifi and closets. I sleep in the living room on a sofa bed. Ideal location for shopping in the heart of the city before catching the train. Superb views through the large skylights. Easy access to the top by elevator. Many restaurants and shops all around. Very friendly welcome from the host. Large kitchen if you want to store food in the fridge. Convenient bathroom a little apart with brand new shower. Very good. Thank you for the breakfast

An extremely short stay, we arrived late and left very early. Despite this, JC welcomed us extremely well and we were able to exchange about our passions, our lives, our travels. We will return and stay longer to enjoy his very pleasant, comfortable and well-arranged apartment. Very well located. Go for it!!!!

Had a great time at Jean-charles' place! He happened to be travelling at the time I was there, so I didn't get to meet him, but the space was lovely, great views of the city, lots of natural light and the location truly can't be beat!

Perfect location for visiting lots of Parisian tourist sites and very handy for the Marais, the core of gay Paris. Lovely host. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Breakfast provided, even though J-C doesn't eat breakfast himself. Definitely clothing optional - but he waited for me to mention it. My arrival was complicated and he worked around it. And there's a lift, which can't be said for lots of apartments in Paris.
