Staying with Alain was such a joy! From the moment I booked, he was incredibly communicative, thoughtful, and proactive about coordinating my arrival. He was always transparent about his schedule and expectations around the apartment, and so generous and attentive throughout my stay. Alain is one of those wonderful people who’s always busy doing something or helping someone. I genuinely loved crossing paths with him and only wish my Paris trip hadn’t been so packed so I could’ve spent more time getting to know him! Every morning, he made sure I had a proper French breakfast: fresh baguette, the best butter, and pain au chocolat. Just the sweetest! Literally and figuratively. And the location truly cannot be beat. Right by the Pompidou, major Métro stations, shopping, cafés, and everything you’d want to explore in central Paris. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to any friends visiting Paris. Alain’s hospitality is unmatched. A prince among men! 💖🎉🫂

At the heart of this Parisian interlude lies an apartment on Rue Saint-Martin, like a refuge suspended in the tumult of the capital. Its open windows let in the breath of Paris, the murmurs of the street, the laughter, the hurried footsteps, and this life that never stops. Looking up, the crooked rooftops draw a charming setting, that of an authentic and timeless Paris. Alain welcomes with a rare benevolence. He takes the time, listens, advises and is always available, with that simplicity that makes all the difference. Then comes the bedroom, peaceful and silent, where the agitation of the city fades away to make room for rest. A sanctuary of serenity, like a breath at the heart of the City of Light. The room was comfortable and matched the description. Well located, it allowed easy access to cafes and public transport. Alain was very welcoming and responsive, and everything went smoothly from arrival to departure. I recommend him to anyone looking for warm accommodation.
