I'll let you have my own room during your stay and I'll sleep in my living room on a mattress while you're at my place. The entire apartment is 60 m2, very bright and includes a large living room/kitchen, bathroom, toilet and my bedroom. All my clothes and belongings are still in my room, but a few shelves are reserved for you in the hall and we'll always arrange them. You can have breakfast in the morning, shared or not with me as you wish. We share all the spaces as I would with my friends. I have been renting for several years and it has always been a pleasure. Arrival time is after 6pm and departure before noon in principle, but anything is possible if we agree beforehand (I'm 67, I don't work but I'm still very active and busy!) The atmosphere is relaxed, cool and friendly. Naturist if you like, I usually do when I'm alone, depending on the time (shutters closed) and the weather! Please note that it is not possible to invite another person without prior agreement (thank you for your understanding). Don't be shy, I'll try to answer as best I can, but I'll always answer. I speak French, English and Spanish and can get by in Portuguese.

At the heart of this Parisian interlude lies an apartment on Rue Saint-Martin, like a refuge suspended in the tumult of the capital. Looking up, the crooked rooftops draw a charming setting, that of an authentic and timeless Paris. Alain welcomes with a rare benevolence. He takes the time, listens, advises and is always available, with that simplicity that makes all the difference. The room was comfortable and matched the description. Well located, it allowed easy access to cafes and public transport. Alain was very welcoming and responsive, and everything went smoothly from arrival to departure. I recommend him to anyone looking for warm accommodation.

Alain is a great guy, very helpful and welcoming. His flat is very central and within walking distance of several metro stations, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. There are many cafés and restaurants around the area, and it's also close to two saunas. The room itself is nice and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.
