Our priority is to foster social interactions in a friendly atmosphere, while offering excellent value for money. We therefore pay close attention to the profile of our visitors in order to preserve the spirit of the place.

The apartment is located on the 8th and top floor, in the penthouse, with two terraces. It enjoys an ideal location, less than 300 meters from the neighborhood’s bars, sex clubs, and main gay hotspots.

You’ll have access to a private bedroom as well as a private east-facing terrace, accessible directly from the bedroom—perfect for enjoying a moment of peace and quiet. The large main terrace, facing due south, is accessible from the living room.

The bedroom offers an unobstructed view of Paris, with no buildings directly across from it. Sunlight streams in generously in the morning if the curtains are left open. Thanks to its top-floor location and double-glazed windows, it remains remarkably quiet, even when the neighborhood is bustling on weekends.

Since the apartment is a dual-aspect unit, it stays pleasantly cool during the hot summer months.

The apartment is non-smoking, except on the terraces. Our home regularly hosts musicians, actors, and other creative personalities. The atmosphere is warm and lively. However, this lifestyle isn’t for everyone; we therefore encourage you to read this description carefully before booking. Activity in the house may begin as early as noon. If you’d like to sleep in late, it would probably be best to choose another place to stay. The private room will, however, allow you to enjoy some peace and quiet whenever you wish. Finally, stays longer than three days are possible through this platform, subject to prior arrangement.

One of us is always on site to ensure you can access the apartment at any time of day or night. You will be provided with the access codes for the building’s two secure doors. The apartment door can only be opened with special keys that include the user’s fingerprint. For security reasons, we do not provide keys for short-term stays (5 days). If you arrive and/or depart before or after the specified times, you can leave your luggage in the secure closet located at the apartment door. The apartment is non-smoking. The hardwood floors are waxed and oiled—please do not wear shoes inside the apartment. The building can get quite lively starting at noon. If you like to sleep all day or prefer peace and quiet, it’s best to choose another place. We’re in a neighborhood with plenty of sex clubs to welcome you. We’ll clean the bedroom every day, along with the rest of the apartment.

The apartment is centrally situated with outstanding views of most major Paris landmarks. Jean-Michel is very friendly, kind, and helpful, and has an interesting life story. It was only a short stay for me since I am transiting via Paris from a sailing trip in Greece, next time I would love to stay longer at his apartment to enjoy the breathtaking view of Paris while sitting on his terrace with a coffee.

Jean-Michel is perhaps the greatest host I've ever stayed with in my ~15 years of using various sites. I have never felt more openly and eagerly accommodated even at fancy hotels. The rental has amazing views, he is very knowledgable about the surrounding areas (as well as all of Paris), and is one of the most interesting men Ive ever met. He wasted no time in showing me a map of local attractions, told me of many gay bars and restaurants, and offered many invitations to exciting events. If you're lucky, you will be able to share a glass of wine with him on the terrace and talk more about the city and his life. I cannot thank him enough for an amazing stay for my first international trip!
