The apartment is located on the 8th and top floor, in the penthouse, with two terraces. It enjoys an ideal location, less than 300 meters from the neighborhood’s bars, sex clubs, and main gay hotspots.
You’ll have access to a private bedroom as well as a private east-facing terrace, accessible directly from the bedroom—perfect for enjoying a moment of peace and quiet. The large main terrace, facing due south, is accessible from the living room.
The bedroom offers an unobstructed view of Paris, with no buildings directly across from it. Sunlight streams in generously in the morning if the curtains are left open. Thanks to its top-floor location and double-glazed windows, it remains remarkably quiet, even when the neighborhood is bustling on weekends.
Since the apartment is a dual-aspect unit, it stays pleasantly cool during the hot summer months.

One of us is always on site to ensure you can access the apartment at any time of day or night. You will be provided with the access codes for the building’s two secure doors. The apartment door can only be opened with special keys that include the user’s fingerprint. For security reasons, we do not provide keys for short-term stays (5 days).
If you arrive and/or depart before or after the specified times, you can leave your luggage in the secure closet located at the apartment door.
The apartment is non-smoking.
The hardwood floors are waxed and oiled—please do not wear shoes inside the apartment.
We do not allow risky practices, particularly chemsex, in our home. So if this is part of your lifestyle, we suggest you book elsewhere •
For our white American friends, please note that we do not eat burgers or drink red wine in bed or in a bedroom—you have both terraces for that. The house can get very lively starting at noon. If you like to sleep all day or prefer peace and quiet, it’s best to choose another place.
We’re in a neighborhood with plenty of sex clubs to welcome you. We’ll clean the bedroom every day, just like the rest of the apartment.
