Comfortable private room in a recently renovated and furnished upscale apartment, centrally located in the Marais, Paris' gay district.

The area is full of restaurants, boutiques and stores. It's the perfect place to discover Paris and enjoy the LGBTQ+ scene.

Your room is completely independent, just off the main entrance door. It has an en-suite bathroom, a lock, a wardrobe, a small closet and a private toilet outside but right next door. There are no windows looking directly outside, but a sandblasted glass wall combines privacy and brightness.

You'll share the entire kitchen, all appliances, laundry and living/dining room with me, and enjoy a fully equipped space for remote working.

Marc was the perfect host with lots of suggestions. The room is cozy with its own private bathroom. The apartment is in an ideal spot surrounded by little cafes and restaurants. Will definitely go back!!

Ideally located accommodation to visit Paris on foot. Everything is as described. The bedding is great as well as the feather duvet. Marc is a charming and discreet host and his arrival instructions are perfect. I highly recommend this place!

Highly recommended. This place has an excellent location, especially if you are planning to have nightlife at Le Marais. Marc is an excellent host and shares good recommendations in the neighborhood.
