A charming apartment, quiet yet right in the heart of the Marais, between Arts & Métiers, Rambuteau, and Châtelet.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor without an elevator. The apartment does not have air conditioning. We block off the calendar on extremely hot days to ensure we can welcome you under the best possible conditions.

Your room is a duplex with a double bed and a desk. The room has a sloped ceiling (1.70 meters high), so please be aware if you’re tall. The entrance to the room (via the staircase inside the apartment) is closed off by a curtain (there’s no lockable door).

The shared spaces consist of a kitchen, a living room (which will serve as our bedroom while you’re here) with a piano, and a bathroom with a whirlpool tub.

We provide sheets and towels.

We’d like to draw your attention to how we welcome our guests: we’ll be in the apartment to greet you because we’re eager to get to know our “guests”—often over a drink—and to chat about music, philosophy, Italy, art... So this isn’t just a rental of an empty apartment. That’s also why we appreciate seeing your profile photos when you book: it’s always nicer to know who we’re talking to and who we’ll be hosting. ;-)

Breakfast is included in the nightly rate. We can also arrange a meal together depending on your schedule and plans (€15 per meal, lunch or dinner, to be reserved in advance).

I’m a massage therapist and naturopath: feel free to book an Ayurvedic massage, which will be performed at my practice (additional fee applies).
