If you decide to come stay with us, you’ll be in the heart of Paris between les Halles and Beaubourg, steps away form the Marais and the Montorgeuil quartiers. In a 120 m2 apartment on the 5th floor (with lift/elevator), the Hausmann building dates from the early 1900s. The balcony stretches the entire front of the apartment (6 windows) with a lunging view onto the pedestrian street below, with a vélib station (rental bikes) at the front door. With the exception of the kitchen and baths, all the rooms have conserved their ceiling moldings and parquet floors from the original construction.
Your bedroom has direct access to the balcony by 2 french windows, giving marvelous light while the double glazing isolates the sound from the outside for full relaxation. The shower and sink are accessed directly from the bedroom. Your private WC is not in the bedroom, but is for your use only.

You’ll be amongst some of the most beautiful buildings that Paris offers : the Louvre museum, Notre-Dame, la Saint Chapelle, la Conciergerie, Pompidou (MOMA) are within 5 minutes by foot. Or lose yourself in the largest shopping complex of Paris (Forum des Halles), or perhaps you prefer to stroll in the charming streets to see the boutiques of Montorgeuil, the Marais and the rue des Francs Bourgeois.
Come evening, you’ll have access by foot to the nightlife (bars/clubs) since you are so central.
Châtelet-les-Halles is also the heart of the Parisian transport network, multiple métro and bus lines will bring you anywhere in Paris in 30 minutes. Also the RER (regional train) brings you to all of the île de France, La Défense, and CDG and Orly airports.
And of course Paris is filled with secret and curious places we can help you discover.
Hoping to see you soon “chez nous”. John & Benoit
