The apartment is very nice, clean, practical and perfectly located. I really appreciated the workspace with a large screen and the charming little balcony which was pleasant for lunch despite the heat. Fabrice is very kind and discreet, a very good host. Our stay with Fabrice was nothing short of amazing! The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Paris at Châtelet, which made getting around the city so easy. From here, we walked everywhere: the Seine, Notre Dame, the Louvre, and even all the way out through the beautiful streets in the early morning light. The apartment itself was comfortable, quiet, and exactly what we needed. After walking about 17km each day (and eating our way through Paris), we collapsed into deep, much-needed sleeps – sometimes far longer than intended! But what made the stay so special was Fabrice’s hospitality. Even though our time in Paris was short and packed, we felt completely at home. He was kind, thoughtful, and warm, and we only wish we had more time to sit down and hear his story. Fabrice’s place helped turn this trip into something really special. Paris has completely won our hearts this time, and a big part of that is thanks to him and his beautiful apartment. We’ll be back, and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!
