Cozy room in beautiful apartment in Paris center

Tim and Marc's place was very comfortable, clean and well located. They are very friendly and helpful hosts with great knowledge of Paris. I would definitely stay here again.

This is already my second stay with Tim and Marc, and I'm just as delighted to return! You really feel at home there. Tim and Marc are lovely, welcoming, available, and always very attentive hosts. The bedroom is very pleasant, perfectly quiet, with excellent bedding that allows for very good nights of sleep. The apartment is also impeccably clean. Everything is there for a pleasant and restful stay. Thank you again to both of you for your welcome and your kindness. I will return with great pleasure and I recommend without hesitation!

I had a wonderful stay here and would happily choose this place again on a future trip to Paris. The location was truly perfect, making it easy to enjoy the city and get around comfortably. The room was very spacious, and the apartment itself was beautiful, elegant, and impeccably clean, which made the whole experience feel especially pleasant. The hosts were also very kind, welcoming, and thoughtful throughout my stay, and that made a real difference. Everything felt easy, comfortable, and well cared for. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Paris.

I highly recommend Tim and Marc's apartment. Located on the 7th floor in the heart of the 3rd arrondissement, its location is simply ideal: I was able to reach all my points of interest on foot or quickly via the metro. Tim and Marc's welcome was particularly warm and hospitable. I also greatly appreciated the impeccable cleanliness of the place, something I am very particular about. The room, facing the courtyard, is both calm and bright. Although the shower room and private toilet are not adjacent, they remain very practical to use. Finally, access to the kitchen for breakfast as well as the possibility of using the refrigerator are real assets.

Tim and Marc are a thoughtful and very accommodating couple. The room I initially booked was not available upon my arrival, so I was fortunate enough to be upgraded. You couldn't dream of a better location than their apartment, the room is as comfortable as a 4-star hotel. A big thank you to them for this short but excellent stay!

Marc & Tim are really kind and considerate hosts, who are very welcoming and helpful. The bedroom is nicely decorated and spacious, with a stylish bathroom next door. The flat is homely and really nicely decorated, with amazing views of the Sacre-Coeur from the lounge! The flat is very well located in the city centre and the surrounding area is full of great shops, bars, and restaurants. Highly recommended!
