Extra guest bedroom in cozy apartment right in 3rd and 11th district

Alex and Colin were so sweet and helpful. Right from the start, they were always available to make our stay the best it could possibly be. The apartment is super cozy, and the cloud-themed decor is just charming. The location is definitely one of its biggest highlights: easy access to the metro, walking distance to the Le Marais neighborhood and several famous Parisian sights, plus plenty of great local shops nearby. My time in Paris was definitely a complete success thanks to their wonderful apartment and their exceptional hospitality. For anyone looking for a peaceful stay filled with the enchanting magic of Paris, I highly recommend the guys' place.

Coming back to the flat each evening felt like home; they always made time for great conversation and plenty of laughs. I had a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely perfect, with a metro station literally right in front of the building, making it very easy to get around and explore the city. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés, and a supermarket nearby, so everything you need is within easy reach. Alexandre and Colin were incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I made the reservation until the end of my stay. They were always friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place!

I had a wonderful time staying with Alex and Colin. The space was exactly as advertized and had everything I needed for a comfortable week long stay. The space was clean and centrally located to several neighborhoods in Paris. Alex and Colin are great guys and they were super friendly and accommodating. All in all a very welcoming and easy stay.

I could not have had a better stay! The apartment was really beautiful and so clean -- amazing shower as well. The area is fantastic, and the hosts were such a pleasure to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

I could really recommend this place especially if you're just visiting Paris for a few days. As I mentioned the location was really nice and I just appreciate their kindness and warmth and the bed was comfortable. Everything's comfortable. It felt very cozy here. Alexandre and Colin were both very gracious and excellent hosts! They were very helpful, supportive, and made me feel very welcome and at home. Their home is a very well maintained, clean, comfortable, and quiet and restful place to stay after a long day visiting Paris. I particularly appreciated how quiet they kept their home. After a day of many outdoor travels, their home was definitely a place to feel relaxed afterwards. Additionally, they have specially insulated their home from the outside noise of the city which made the home very restful in the evening while making it excellent for a good night's sleep. Furthermore, they had Harry Potter themed lights and clouds in the ceiling of my bedroom that were very relaxing and magical :-) I enjoyed the evening glow of the Harry Potter lights every night! Guests do have a remote option to turn off the lights, if desired, but I personally loved them on all night. Lastly, I was very graciously provided with everything I needed for my stay, from some very delicious coffee to recommendations on dining and gay events and locations any time I asked. Colin even shared his cooking with me on one evening. I thought his food was excellent and I enjoyed his preparation very much. In short, Colin and Alexandre are excellent hosts and together they are a very sweet and kind couple that make a great match together. You will love their home and you will love their kindness and support.
