Private room bathroon/WC in a fully renovated charming in a quiet flat

Everything in order. Good location near Republique station, which makes it very easy to connect with various metro lines. The room is small but has everything necessary including its private bathroom, which was very clean and well-equipped.

Thierry was such a lovely host that I had the pleasure to stay at his beautiful apartment for 2 nights. The room was exactly as described. The apartment is centrally located with loads of nice bistros around. The whole process was very smooth and easy. Thierry is also very helpful and showed me how to get around the city. Hopefully I can stay with Thierry again in my next visit to Paris :)

We really liked staying at Thierry's & the great past reviews from previous guests reflected in our experience. We had an en suite bathroom for ourselves, access to his spacious full kitchen. The living room windows provide open views to the courtyard & rooftops. There's an elevator. A modern laundromat was available about next door. Plenty options for nearby groceries. A Velib station is within a block. Thierry respected our privacy & communicated well. Great location near the Canal.

Very good experience, the apartment is well located, very clean, quiet and pleasant. The bedroom with bathroom and toilet, located near the entrance of the apartment, provides total independence and that is very appreciated. Thierry is both discreet and present if needed, always listening. I will certainly return there.

Wonderful flat very close to everywhere you want to be. Quiet room but near a lively area. Thierry was the ideal host - extremely friendly and provided lots of local knowledge. I very much enjoyed my stay and I would recommend it to anyone.

Thierry was a perfect host. He was communicative, kind, gave us recommendations, and was flexible based on our schedule. The room is a good size, and it has good access to the metro as well

Thierry's apartment is lovely and well-equipped. The guest room with its private bathroom, though small, offers comfort and peace for resting. There was very little interaction with Thierry as he was away on a trip for half of my 8-day stay and, although always polite, seemed unsociable when he was present in the apartment. However, he helped me book a taxi for my departure to the airport, which I greatly appreciated. Very easy access to public transport.
