The location of this lovely renovated clean and quiet apartment is ideal in the heart of the 11th district, central gay area next door. Easy to move around, Parmentier, Oberkampf and Republique metro stations are just few minutes walk from the apt allowing you to go in the main points of interest in less than 15mn.
Le Marais is just a few blocks away so you can come back late at night at a walking distance (15mn).
Recently refurbished flat in a charming and quiet environment : very comfortable, with all amenities, incl. free High Speed WiFi, , cable flat screen TV, large living/dining room, books, magazines. Everything is available in the flat
You will enjoy a spacious 65m2 apartment with access to a fully five * equipped kitchen , living/dining room and benefit from private room (confortable 160x200 futon) with private bathroom with shower and toilet, isolated from the rest of the apartment .
The flat is situated at the 4th floor (elevator available even if it is a funny typical parisian small one). Very secured apartment: 2 codes (Street main door & Building door)
