I only spent one night at Luc's during a trip to Paris. Luc was very attentive and available from the start, to the point that he allowed me to check in earlier than planned and at the last minute. The house is very beautiful, clean, and he is really available and open to any changes. Even though my stay was short, we had time to chat and get to know each other, and I can only recommend staying at Luc's.

Sofa bed is very comfortable and Luc is very nice to talk to and have a chat. It just might be a bit far for the office that I go to work for.

Luc was a very pleasant and engaging host. His flat is close to the 4 line of the Metro, providing easy access to central Paris, Gare du Nord, and the airport. Very comfortable sofa bed, great shower, and lovely breakfast and company. Merci encore!

With Luc, everything is simple! The reservation is quick and he confirms very fast. The contacts are responsive and friendly. You feel welcomed even before arriving. We had a long discussion over a quickly ordered and delivered meal. This naturist meal was a real delight with exchanges on many topics without judgment and with great warmth. The bed is super comfortable. The apartment cute and very elegant. If you want, I'll come back. Quiet and pleasant neighborhood easily served by the metro. Looking forward to returning.
