My apartment is just a few minutes from all the must-see places in Paris, such as the Sacré Coeur and the Moulin Rouge. The area, with its beautiful streets, is bustling with great coffee shops, restaurants and authentic cabarets (Madame Arthur, Lapin Agile, etc.).

I propose to share the bed, or I can sleep on a mattress in the same room. The apartment is equipped with all the necessities, and I'm always available for advice on cultural, clubbing or tourist outings.

I have a Bengal cat, very cuddly, a hypoallergenic breed, but I prefer to specify ;)

A very nice place from which you can easily explore the city. Whether you are looking for restaurants or cafes near the tourist attractions, or want to discover the Paris of the Parisians, Jan is ready to help you with tips. A relaxed and friendly atmosphere, a sweet cat, and a comfortable apartment complete a pleasant stay.

Apartment true to description. A wonderful welcome from Jan who puts you at ease right away. He took time from his schedule to be there and welcome me; his precious presence, his availability, his attention, his listening deeply touched me. Orpheus his cat is too cute and very playful with no aggression at all. It's a very beautiful encounter that I appreciated because it's quite rare to be received like this. It was perfect. I hope to be welcomed there again as soon as I return to Paris. Thank you Jan

Sebastian is a WONDERFUL host! He gave me detailed instructions on entering his apartment while he was away. Orpheus greeted me to the clean and cozy apartment. I slept well in the comfortable bed. The apartment is on a quiet street near restaurants and grocery stores. Sebastian even recommended a great place to get a haircut and join me for brunch! I highly recommend a stay with Sebastian and Orpheus!
