Double sofa bed in central Paris

Xavier is very well organized, welcoming and friendly. He does everything to ensure the stay goes as smoothly as possible. The apartment is very well located, extremely clean and the bed is comfortable, in a very quiet place. I highly recommend it.

If you're looking for a place that feels like a home away from home, Xavier's is it. The space had a quiet, cozy energy that made it easy to decompress after a long day of exploring — no noise, no stress. The location is a real highlight. Getting around was effortless, and Xavier's local tips were some of the best I got during my whole trip — the kind of recommendations you'd only get from someone who genuinely cares about your experience. The bed deserves its own mention. Comfortable doesn't even cover it — I slept better than I have in a long time. Xavier was attentive, helpful, and made check-in and check-out completely seamless. You could tell he takes real pride in making guests feel welcome. I'd book here again without hesitation. Five stars, easy.

Xavier is a friendly, helpful guy! He helped me get settled in right away and even gave me some suggestions for places to visit (both in Paris and on the rest of my trip). We didn't get to spend much time together as he was working and had plans for the evening, but the chats we did have were lovely. The apartment is immaculate! The bed was comfortable and it didn't feel too exposed even though it's in the lounge. The noise from outside is barely audible in the day but a bit more obvious at night. Nothing terrible though and actually quite quiet considering how central it is! I was able to come and go with my own key. I won't hesitate to stay again if I'm ever in Paris again!

Great location, easy access to most sites. Xavier was very helpful with tourist information . It was a bit tight of the space and we felt a bit uncomforable with the security camera directing at our bed. We felt unease as we felt we were scrutinized for everything we do , seems a bit up tight . The bed was very comforble .

Very pleasant apartment, very well located (close to several metro lines, close to the city center and tourist attractions) Xavier is a charming host, attentive and full of good advice. Highly recommended!

My stay with Xavier was more than I anticipated. The space was tidy, fully functional and close to a major transit area. I felt very welcomed in his space and was allowed to come and go as I please and with me not being too familiar with Paris, train and Metro suggestions were a huge help. The bed was quite comfortable and the neighborhood quiet, yet active with restaurants nearby. A great find!
