Double sofa bed in central Paris

Warm welcome from Xavier Beautiful apartment in a great location, close to the metro, the sofa bed is comfortable Xavier is very nice, welcoming and we appreciated meeting him Would do it again during a stay in Paris

Xavier's apartment is one of the cleanest we've stayed in since we've been with Mr. B&B! Everything is spotlessly clean. The sofa bed is super comfortable. The apartment has everything you need to prepare breakfast or a snack. Since the sofa bed is in the living room and Xavier's bedroom is behind it, personal contact is quite close. But that's not a problem at all, as Xavier is very likeable and discreet. I still had a bit of work to do at the kitchen table. Xavier immediately offered me/us a coffee. All in all perfect.

Very good stay with Xavier. The photos correspond exactly to the apartment and the bedding is very comfortable. Xavier can give you all the advice for your stay and remains very available. The welcome is warm and the atmosphere is friendly.

Xavier was a great host, the whole time he made sure my stay was comfortable and free, the apartment was a great location to get around.

I had absolutely no issues staying with Xavier and it was a lovely experience! He made me feel right at home and went above and beyond to give me recommendations for Paris and the area directly near his place. Additionally, his place was super clean and organized which I really appreciated! I hope I can get the chance to stay again!

Xavier is very well organized, welcoming and friendly. He does everything to ensure the stay goes as smoothly as possible. The apartment is very well located, extremely clean and the bed is comfortable, in a very quiet place. I highly recommend it.

Getting around was effortless, and Xavier's local tips were some of the best I got during my whole trip — the kind of recommendations you'd only get from someone who genuinely cares about your experience. The bed deserves its own mention. Comfortable doesn't even cover it — I slept better than I have in a long time. Xavier was attentive, helpful, and made check-in and check-out completely seamless. You could tell he takes real pride in making guests feel welcome. I'd book here again without hesitation. Five stars, easy.
