Arriving at Richard's home felt like arriving at the home of a lifelong friend. From the very beginning, Richard stayed in touch to make sure my very early arrival from the airport went smoothly.The house is exactly as shown in the photos—spacious, comfortable, spotless, and within walking distance of everything. Breakfast was a wonderful opportunity to chat, exchange ideas, and learn more about French culture. My stay happened to coincide with the Pride March. Although it was canceled because of the extreme heat, Richard invited me to celebrate with his friends at the street parties around the local gay bars. It was a fantastic experience. Thank you, Richard, for your friendship, your smile, and the trust you showed me. I hope to return to Paris soon and stay at your home again. But an even better reason to meet next time would be if we could see each other in Sydney instead. I recommend Richard's home without reservation.

Staying at Richard's house was a truly wonderful experience. From the very first moment he welcomed me with great warmth, kindness and impeccable hospitality, making me feel at home. He is a very educated, generous and attentive person to every detail. His house is beautiful, comfortable and full of charm. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Le Marais, surrounded by cafés, restaurants and bars, and very close to the metro, ideal for exploring Paris easily. Furthermore, access from the airport is very practical. I totally recommend it and would happily return.
