Beautiful apartment in the heart of the gay district

I had an excellent week at Frédéric's, rich in exchanges and artistic discoveries.

Great location, Frédéric is friendly and makes the check-in smooth and warm.

Frederic was the best host for my first time in Paris. Perfect location in the Marais, close to public transportation, lots of bars & restaurants, and easy to navigate on foot. Comfortable sofa bed with enough room to spread out, plus cabinet space and use of refrigerator/kitchen. I also learned so much about Paris from him, and got to go out and meet some of his friends. This was one of my favorite Misterbandb experiences ever, and I'll definitely plan to stay with Frederic when I come to Paris next time. Merci beaucoup, mon ami!

I had a pleasant stay at Fred's place, the accommodation was as described. Fred was very welcoming and helpful with different recommendations on places to see, eat or other activities. He was very polite and accommodating, would recommend to anyone.

I had a very pleasant stay here, very convenient! I opted for biking most of the time, so I have no say in metro and more. But I had a great time staying here, I was in and out most of the time. Frederic was a nice and friendly host. Communication was very easy with me. Cheers!

Frederic was an incredible host, and made sure I had a great time in Paris from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. It was just like hanging out with an old friend - which is exactly what you want as a solo traveller in a new city.

I had a great stay at Fred. He is very lovely and a nice to talk to. He welcomed me in his cozy room (I really love the light setting from all the lamps). The sofa bed is very comfortable for me. Plus, his location is super nice. It was quiet for me and easy to walk around to explore the area. Would visit again for sure. Thank you Fred ;))

Excellent stay at Frédéric's! The apartment is magnificent, very clean and ideally located right in the heart of the Marais, making travel super easy. Frédéric is a wonderful host: welcoming, very helpful with advice, and always available to chat while respecting privacy. You feel right at home with a friend. I wholeheartedly recommend it and I will definitely return with great pleasure!

Had a great stay with Frederic. He's very friendly and relaxed, and happy to chat when he's free. He was also incredibly considerate, making sure I could sleep in late in the morning while he worked. A perfect host!
