Hello, Atypical apartment (former store) converted into a 35m2 loft. Ground floor facing street on one side, first floor window side. View over green park Close to gay district of marais ( 15 min walk ) And very close to Place de la République with all the metro lines for visiting Paris. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Close to the Canal Saint Martin. As it's a loft, there's a double bed on the mezzanine and a 2-seater sofa bed in the living room ( see photo ). The sofa bed comes with a comfortable mattress topper and all the necessities for sleeping. If you prefer, you can sleep on the mezzanine or on the sofa bed. I provide linen and towels. I'm very easy-going and will adapt to your pace. If I'm available during your visit, I'll be there to accompany you on outings or visits. . I have a small dog, a small spitz. Antonin's apartment is perfect: spacious and functional, with an ideal and central location (metro nearby), and no overlooking. The ground floor (which isn't really one) is very practical, especially when you have large suitcases. Antonin is very welcoming: we spent the evening chatting. He is attentive and available to provide all the information needed for a smooth stay. I regret not having stayed longer than one night! But, without a doubt, I will return!
