Atypical apartment (former store) converted into a 35m2 loft.
Ground floor facing street on one side, first floor window side.
View over green park
Close to gay district of marais ( 15 min walk )
And very close to Place de la République with all the metro lines for visiting Paris.
Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Close to the Canal Saint Martin.
As it's a loft, there's a double bed on the mezzanine and a 2-seater sofa bed in the living room ( see photo ).
The sofa bed comes with a comfortable mattress topper and all the necessities for sleeping.
If you prefer, you can sleep on the mezzanine or on the sofa bed.
I provide linen and towels.
I'm very easy-going and will adapt to your pace.
If I'm available during your visit, I'll be there to accompany you on outings or visits.
