2-room apartment, large L. 40 square meters for the whole apartment. New, very comfortable bed in the living room, which offers plenty of space. Access to the bathroom is via my bedroom. It's on the 5th floor, so lots of sun and quiet. No elevator, so sports enthusiasts
The apartment is located in the Marais district, in a very pleasant area close to the Picasso Museum and many other beautiful places. Metro and buses are 2 minutes away. The Marché des Enfants Rouges offers some nice restaurants.

I live and work in this apartment. Please note that after 10am, I may have to open the windows and curtains, so that I can start my day normally :-). You may not be able to sleep much longer at that time! I hope you don't mind. Please bear this in mind when making your reservation. I only welcome people who use the night to sleep, not to party.
This is not a hotel, but a private home. If you use a glass or anything else, please wash it.
It will not be possible for you to cook in my house, please be aware of this when you book.
I have a Japanese toilet system that works very well. Don't hesitate to ask, it's much better than paper :)
